# Pixalate APIs

> Overview of Pixalate's APIs (Fraud API, Enrichment API, Analytics Reports API, SCO Validation & Verification API, OpenEPG preview) and Pixalate's MCP connectors, with base URLs and authentication.

Pixalate's APIs give you invalid traffic (IVT) signals, risk and reputation data for apps and websites, your Pixalate Analytics data, and supply chain checks. Every REST API uses the same authentication: your API key in the `x-api-key` header.

## Which API to use

#### [Fraud API](/apis/fraud-api)

Check an IP address, device ID or user agent in real time. You get a probability of invalid traffic and risk type codes, so you can decide whether to bid on, serve or pay for an impression.

#### [Enrichment API](/apis/enrichment-api)

Look up risk ratings and reputational data for mobile apps, CTV apps and websites, one at a time or in batches.

#### [Analytics Reports API](/apis/analytics-reports-api)

Pull your Pixalate Analytics report data into your own systems with a SQL-like query.

#### [SCO Validation & Verification API](/apis/sco-api)

Check that an OpenRTB supply chain object (SCO) is well formed and that the sellers it declares are authorized.

#### [OpenEPG Enrichment API (preview)](/apis/openepg)

Resolve CTV ad opportunities to the channel and program being watched. Draft specification, not generally available.

#### [MCPs and Agents](/mcp/overview)

Ask an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor about Pixalate data without writing API calls.

## Hosts and base URLs

Add the endpoint path from the API reference to the base URL.

Pixalate's MCP connectors aren't REST APIs. You add them to your AI assistant; see [MCPs and agents](/mcp/overview).

## Authentication

Send your API key in the `x-api-key` request header on every call. The same header works for every API in the table above.

```bash
curl "https://fraud-api.pixalate.com/api/v3/fraud?ip=192.0.2.10" \
  -H "x-api-key: $PIXALATE_API_KEY"
```

To get a key, see [Authentication and API keys](/apis/authentication). Pixalate's MCP connectors usually use a browser sign-in, or you can send this API key instead; see [Access and limits](/mcp/access).

## Quotas and errors

Usage of most APIs counts against a quota set by your plan, and each of those APIs has a free call that reports your quota status. All of them use standard HTTP status codes. See [Quotas, limits and errors](/apis/quotas-and-errors).

## Guides

#### [Authentication and API keys](/apis/authentication)

Get a key and keep it safe.

#### [Quotas, limits and errors](/apis/quotas-and-errors)

How usage is counted and what each status code means.

#### [Migrate from v2 to v3](/apis/fraud-api-v2-to-v3)

Move your Fraud API integration to v3.

#### [Migrating from legacy APIs](/apis/legacy-apis)

Move from the Media Ratings API or older Analytics endpoints to the current APIs.
